Landlords and Tenants
If you refer a landlord that lists an apartment with us and completes the rental through our office, we will pay you 5% of the commission collected.
If you refer us a tenant that rents an apartment through our office, we will pay you 5% of the commission collected.
Brokers Only
If you refer us a landlord that lists an apartment and completes a rental through our office, or a tenant that rents an apartment through our office, we will pay you 10% of the commission collected.
